What happens when you switch from conventional to organic food?

Organic food may be expensive for a family. However, you must keep in mind that the pesticides used to grow conventional food is then present in your body.

Watch this short video, which has been produced by Coop, a Swedish supermarket chain. It comes from a study conducted by the Swedish Environmental Research Institute IVL (the full report available here: https://www.coop.se/organiceffect).

It shows that after only two weeks, eating only organic food, the level of some pesticides is severely dropping and even down to zero for this family.
